I have been quite busy putting together lots of information for my readers on niche marketing techniques.For many wanting to make a living online or to earn some part time income, it can be overwhelming just where to begin. Niche markets are the way for many. What do I mean by a niche market.We find a topic that is in demand, but so we don’t directly compete with bigger advertisers, we narrow it down or do it with a twist.Hyperthetically say sausages were our topic.Say there were 200,000 searches last month; we might niche this down to making itallian vegetarian sausages with say 60,000 searches.We are more specific and would pay less for our advertising as well.

So you want to sell stuff over the internet and you have a great idea for a book. You just want to rush out and write the book, or maybe get someone to write it for you, so you can start selling and make money!   WAIT A MOMENT !  I have learn’t you can have a great product but not sell anything if no one wants what you are selling.

If a word or phrase has been searched say 60,000-100,000 times per month, it might be worth your while doing some more research.

Overture, now owned by Yahoo also allows you to find out an approx cost for the term for pay per click advertising
